1. Seller responsibility
Sellers must own or be authorized to use listing text, photographs, logos, trademarks and product designs, and must offer authentic products. Approval or auto-publication does not transfer this responsibility to Ordyvia.
2. Rights-owner complaint
Send a specific complaint to support@ordyvia.com identifying the rights owner, protected work or mark, affected listing URLs or IDs, basis of the claim, contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We may request proof of identity, authority or registration.
3. Investigation and interim action
Ordyvia may preserve evidence, unpublish or restrict a listing, request seller records, compare authorization information and refer suspected unlawful activity where appropriate. Urgent interim removal does not predetermine the final outcome.
4. Seller response
A seller may provide authorization, authenticity records, invoices or an explanation. False or altered documents may lead to broader seller review. Ordyvia may restore, keep removed or permanently reject a listing after assessment.
5. Repeat infringement
Repeated or serious infringement may lead to moderation restrictions, loss of trusted auto-publishing, suspension or termination, subject to investigation and applicable law.
6. Fraudulent complaints
Do not submit knowingly false ownership claims or use this process to suppress legitimate competition. Ordyvia may decline unsupported complaints and preserve records relating to abuse.
