1. Prohibited products
Sellers must not list goods or services that are unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, dangerously defective, fraud-enabling or rights-infringing.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances offered unlawfully, or drug paraphernalia intended for unlawful use.
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition or dangerous materials offered without lawful authority and explicit Ordyvia approval.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, fake documents, compromised accounts, malware or tools primarily intended for fraud or unauthorized access.
- Human remains, exploitative sexual content, products facilitating trafficking, or content involving sexual exploitation of minors.
- Unsafe, recalled, expired or materially mislabelled food, medicine, cosmetics, electrical goods or children’s products.
- Protected wildlife, unlawfully sourced natural resources, or other goods whose trade is prohibited.
2. Restricted or review-required products
Some lawful products may require licences, age controls, authenticity records, safety documentation, approved logistics or category-specific review. Examples may include regulated health products, alcohol, high-risk electrical or power equipment, branded luxury goods, refurbished electronics, chemicals and products subject to import or standards controls.
3. Seller duties
The seller must determine applicable legal requirements, maintain evidence and disclose condition, warnings and restrictions accurately. Category availability or prior approval does not mean every product in that category is lawful.
4. Moderation and trusted publishing
Restricted indicators, missing required information or authenticity concerns may force manual review even for a trusted seller. Ordyvia may reject, unpublish, quarantine or investigate a listing and may revoke auto-publishing permission without creating a duplicate publication state.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report a concerning listing to support@ordyvia.com with its URL or product ID and clear reasons. Ordyvia may preserve evidence, seek documentation, restrict related accounts and refer matters to appropriate authorities where lawful.
