Ordyvia Legal Terms & Policies

Seller Terms / Seller Agreement

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms supplement the Terms of Use for anyone applying to sell or operating an Ordyvia store.

Table of contents

1. Eligibility, onboarding and KYC

A seller must provide truthful identity, business, contact and store information, complete the current KYC process and receive seller approval. Verification may expire or require renewed review. Approval is not transferable.

2. Listing standards

Listings must use an active Ordyvia category and contain accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, stock and product condition. Sellers must have rights to all listing content and must not list counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe, recalled or unlawful products.

3. Moderation and publishing

Seller-created products remain subject to Ordyvia’s publication rules. Manual-review listings require approval. A separately authorized trusted seller may receive controlled auto-publishing for listings that pass existing safeguards, but Ordyvia may return any listing to review, unpublish it, remove it or revoke that permission.

4. Inventory and pricing

Sellers must maintain real available inventory and lawful, transparent pricing. They must not manipulate compare-at prices, evade server controls, cancel because of an avoidable stock error, or substitute a different item without customer agreement.

5. Fulfilment and customer service

Paid seller orders must be packaged and fulfilled responsibly. A genuine tracking or delivery reference is required before shipment status is recorded. Sellers must communicate professionally, protect customer delivery information and cooperate with support, cancellation, return and dispute reviews.

6. Returns, refunds and adjustments

Sellers are responsible for remedies arising from inaccurate listings, defective or wrong goods, fulfilment failures or other seller responsibility. Ordyvia may record refunds, disputes, corrections or lawful adjustments after review; financial treatment must follow the implemented system and applicable law.

7. Commission and earnings

The commission rate recorded for the seller is applied server-side to eligible seller orders. Dashboard balances distinguish held, available and payout-linked earnings. A displayed balance is not a promise of immediate transfer and may be subject to valid reversal, refund, dispute or reconciliation.

8. Manual payouts

Seller payouts remain manual. Delivery starts the configured seven-day settlement hold. Eligible commissions may be selected into one payout record and are locked against duplicate payout. An administrator must record a transfer reference before marking a payout paid. Ordyvia does not currently automate bank transfers.

9. Compliance and prohibited conduct

Sellers are responsible for product safety, authenticity, taxes, licences, labels, warranties and other legal obligations applicable to their goods. Sellers must not misuse customer data, manipulate reviews or orders, evade payment, create duplicate identities or interfere with security.

10. Suspension, records and termination

Ordyvia may pause products, fulfilment, earnings review or seller access where reasonably necessary for KYC expiry, risk, complaints, suspected fraud, legal compliance or policy breach. Audit, transaction and enforcement history may be retained for legitimate purposes. Contact support@ordyvia.com to request review.
