1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must have legal capacity to use the relevant service and provide accurate information. By using Ordyvia you agree to these terms and linked policies; this does not remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
2. Accounts and security
Keep credentials confidential, use your own accurate details and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity properly attributable to your account, subject to investigation of compromise or fraud.
3. Marketplace relationship
Ordyvia operates a multi-vendor marketplace and provides catalog, moderation, order, payment-record, messaging and support tools. Seller products are supplied by the identified seller. Sellers remain responsible for their listings, product compliance and fulfilment; Ordyvia may intervene to protect customers and marketplace integrity.
4. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, images, prices and stock must be accurate, but genuine errors or changes may occur. Current price, inventory and delivery charges are recalculated through checkout. A listing is not a guarantee that an order can be accepted or fulfilled.
5. Orders and cancellations
Submitting checkout creates a pending order and may reserve stock. An order is not paid until Paystack confirmation is verified by Ordyvia. Cancellation availability depends on payment and fulfilment state. Do not create duplicate payment attempts for the same order.
6. Payments
Payments use the authorized Paystack flow. Ordyvia verifies references, amounts and payment status server-side. Failed, abandoned, duplicate or delayed confirmations may require reconciliation. Never send a seller money outside the displayed checkout flow for an Ordyvia order.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Configured locations, fees and estimates are displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the dedicated policies and applicable consumer rights.
8. Messages, reviews and user content
Where supported, content must be truthful, relevant and lawful. You grant Ordyvia permission to host and display submitted marketplace content for operating and promoting the service. Do not post confidential information, harassment, spam, manipulated reviews or infringing material.
9. Prohibited conduct
Do not commit fraud, evade moderation, interfere with security, scrape protected information, impersonate others, manipulate prices or reviews, abuse returns, pressure off-platform payment, upload malicious content or use Ordyvia for prohibited products.
10. Restriction and termination
Ordyvia may pause listings, orders, content or accounts where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, policy breaches or investigation. We may preserve records and provide a support route where appropriate.
11. Intellectual property
Ordyvia’s name, software, layout and original content are protected by applicable rights. Users retain rights in their content but must have authority to submit it. Infringement complaints follow the Intellectual Property Policy.
12. Service limitations
Ordyvia does not promise uninterrupted availability or remove seller responsibility for goods. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by Nigerian law and does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final limitation language requires professional legal review.
13. Complaints, law and changes
Contact support@ordyvia.com first so we can investigate. These terms are intended to be governed by Nigerian law, with disputes handled by courts or lawful dispute-resolution processes in Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms prospectively and publish the new date.
